There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 126(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. CSHB 126(JUD) will advance to third reading on the February 3, 2016, calendar.
